さて、2020年4月より健康増進法の施行に伴う禁煙ルームのニーズの高まりを受け、当ホテルでは受動喫煙防止をはかるため、ホテル全客室を禁煙化いたします。
なお、ホテル１階に喫煙ブースを設けており、喫煙をされるお客さまにはご不便をおかけいたしますが、指定の場所にて喫煙をしていただきますようご理解とご協力のほどお願い申し上げます。
今後もお客様にご満足いただけるようサービスの向上に取り組んでまいりますので、変わらぬご愛顧を賜りますよう申し上げます。

Information on the change of all guest rooms to non-smoking
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued patronage of the Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel.
In response to the increasing need for non-smoking rooms in accordance with the implementation of the Health Promotion Law from April 2020, all guest rooms in our hotel will be non-smoking in order to prevent passive smoking.
There is a smoking booth on the first floor of the hotel, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests who smoke, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in smoking in the designated area.
We will continue to work on improving our services to satisfy our customers, and we look forward to your continued patronage.
